Role of each ingredient

1.Honey

There is scientific evidence that honey can be effective in treating coughs and sore throats.

2.Sitopaladi Churna

Sitopaladi Churna is an ayurvedic medicine for cold and cough. It is made from medicinal plants like Pippali, which is one of the best expectorants available in nature as recommended by ayurveda.

3.Vasaka

Vasaka (Malabar Nut Tree/Adhatoda zeylanica) is well known in Ayurveda for its beneficial effects in respiratory ailments, particularly as an expectorant in bronchitis. The leaves, flowers, fruits and roots are used extensively for treating cold, cough, whooping-cough.

4.Tulsi

tulsi leaves can fight off a range of infections, including colds and cough.

5. Pipper

Piper longum or Long Pepper is Natural Remedy for Cough & Cold.

6. Haldar

A turmeric and honey concoction works well as a cold remedy. It acts as an expectorant and can ease coughing, sneezing, and a runny nose

7.SUNTH

A mixture made from honey, ghee and dry ginger powder can help cure a common cold and cough. It also helps reduce the phlegm produced.

8.AJMO
